Who moved my "crunch?"
General Mills and Brava Foods have gone into partnership to produce low-fat milk that tastes like Lucky Charms, Wheaties and Trix.
Doesn't this recall the same taste we enjoyed by draining the cereal-imbued liquid residue out of our cereal bowls each Saturday morning while watching Scooby-Doo and Super Friends, after polishing off our bowl of Peanut Butter Cap' Crunch? As adults most of us wash down this stuff down the sink now that we've aged and moved on to Total Raisin Bran -- but this could be a real coup with the kids and their parental personal shoppers.
Brava already markets milk with licensed flavors from candies like Starburst, Milky Way, and 3 Musketeers. These new cereal versions could capture a market of kids and parents interested in a more traditional flavor for an on-the-go 'instant breakfast' drink.
Watch for this new product idea in stores and vending machines later this summer.
